Joel Bannister advises financial institutions and institutional investors in connection with acquisition financings, asset-based financings, mezzanine and equity financings, securitizations and restructurings. His experience includes regularly representing finance providers in Islamic Shari'ah compliant financings and restructurings.
Mr. Bannister also counsels clients at all stages of project development and finance in the wind energy industry.
Before attending law school, Mr. Bannister advised U.S. Congressman Jerry Moran during the 107th Congress, regarding telecommunications, trade and transportation issues.
