Jeff Cole represents public and private investment funds, domestic and foreign financial institutions, and business capital companies involving a broad range of corporate finance and investment issues, including senior and subordinated debt financings, leveraged acquisitions, leveraged recapitalizations, private placements, asset-based lending transactions, secured and unsecured term lending transactions, restructurings, workouts and bankruptcy matters.

Additionally, Mr. Cole represents public and private clients in merger and acquisition transactions. He also represents principals involved in the formation of private mezzanine funds and Small Business Investment Company (SBIC) funds.

Mr. Cole is a former managing partner of the Dallas office and a former member of the Firm’s Management Committee. He speaks frequently on corporate and commercial law matters, finance, and creditors’ rights.
