Jack Evans combines strong experience in public policy, municipal affairs and public sector financial and tax policy with his leadership in the community to help clients approach issues and solve problems.

Specifically, Mr. Evans counsels clients on corporate and securities matters including mergers and acquisitions, enforcement procedures and all aspects of federal and state securities laws. Previously, Mr. Evans worked as a special counsel in the Enforcement Division of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Additionally, Mr. Evans advises clients on real estate matters.
