John Hilton assists clients with complex commercial and constitutional litigation matters at the state and federal levels. Mr. Hilton also has represented a client before the Trademark Trial and Appeals Board, and has helped other clients comply with the Honest Leadership and Open Government Act of 2007, a far-reaching public ethics reform statute.
In December 2007, Mr. Hilton was appointed by Missouri Governor Matt Blunt to a six-year term on the Board of Governors of his alma mater, Truman State University.
