Jason King concentrates his practice on insurance coverage matters, advising insurers in connection with a variety of complex coverage claims and litigation across the country. Mr. King handles coverage disputes relating to commercial and excess general liability, intellectual property and business torts, construction defect, products liability, and directors and officers liability.
Mr. King also counsels clients in connection with the drafting of insurance policies and manuscript endorsements to existing policies according to their needs.
Immediately before joining Patton Boggs, Mr. King was an associate at one of Am Law’s largest 100 U.S. law firms. Previously, he served as an associate in the corporate and securities group at another prominent global law firm’s New York City office.
