Jeff Prudhomme advises clients in a variety of complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts and in arbitration, including mortgage banking: repurchase, coverage and recovery; insurance coverage; intellectual property: trademark, unfair competition and privacy/publicity; business torts; employment; government investigations; oil and gas; and personal injury.
Mr. Prudhomme also devotes significant time to pro bono clients, including 501(c)(3) non-profit corporations and low-income individuals seeking legal assistance through the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program.
