Jonathan Rubin concentrates in antitrust litigation and counseling. He combines 25 years as a litigator with a Ph.D in economics. Dr. Rubin has first-chair experience in state and federal courts representing clients at trial and on appeal, including appeals before the U.S. Supreme Court. He is widely published on issues involving antitrust and regulation and frequently serves as a guest speaker and lecturer.

Dr. Rubin primarily directs litigation and corporate strategies in matters involving U.S. and European Union competition law with a focus on monopolization and cartels in the high-technology, energy, telecommunications, and financial sectors.

In addition to his distinguished legal career, Mr. Rubin worked for nearly a decade in the academic field, serving first as Assistant Professor of Economics at the Royal Danish Veterinary and Agricultural University in Copenhagen, Denmark, and then as a Professorial Lecturer in Law at George Washington University Law School.
