Jasmine Zaki advises clients on numerous commercial matters, including regulation and compliance issues as they relate to foreign companies. Ms. Zaki provides legal advice on international transactions and fund investments in the Middle East. In addition, she has experience advising clients on entry into the Iraq market, with emphasis on regulatory and formation matters relating to Iraq development.
Prior to attending law school, Ms. Zaki worked at the United Nations in New York as a press officer for the Mission of Iraq. She is fluent in English and Arabic.
