Karen O’Halloran has more than 25 years of experience as a paralegal. She began her paralegal career in administrative law at the Texas Railroad Commission in the Legal Enforcement Section of the Oil and Gas Division. In the mid-1980s, she started her work as a trial paralegal in a civil defense firm. Her extensive litigation experience includes oil and gas matters, insurance defense, commercial litigation, intellectual property, environmental matters, product liability cases, construction issues, and labor and employment matters.
Ms. O’Halloran currently assists firm’s trial attorneys and their clients in both state and federal cases. She is knowledgeable with all aspects of litigation support including database programs, electronic filing, and web-based document depositories.
