Kyaw Tin counsels clients on a wide range of intellectual property law issues, with an emphasis on prosecuting and enforcing patents, and the acquisition and protection of copyright and trademark rights.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Tin worked for 10 years as a software developer, creating solutions for retail and institutional brokerage clients. He has experience with a broad range of technologies including networks, database and storage systems, middleware, and client-side applications. In law school, Mr. Tin served as the executive editor of the Journal on Telecommunications and High Technology Law, and as a judicial fellow for Justice Alex J. Martinez of the Colorado Supreme Court.
