Lindsey Weber represents domestic and international clients on a range of legal, legislative and administrative issues. Ms. Weber helps clients develop comprehensive strategic plans to address legislative and regulatory interests as well as legal concerns. Her work includes identifying and advising clients on current regulatory issues and helping clients navigate the legislative, legal and regulatory processes, focusing primarily on financial services and products, tax, real estate and employment law.
Ms. Weber also advises nonprofit organizations, such as public charities and private foundations. She has experience in forming nonprofit organizations, applying for nonprofit tax exempt status and advising nonprofit organizations on compliance with state and federal regulations.
Before joining Patton Boggs, Ms. Weber worked for a major political party as a campaign manager based primarily in northwest Pennsylvania.
