These Distinguished Speakers have expertise regarding provisions of the new Dodd Frank law which are not well understood yet by the business community. In addition, they have expertise regarding Washington administrative and political processes which will influence the drafting of key regulations which will be drawn up in the future. This panel will analyze important aspects of the law; the directions that Washington is likely to take in creating new regulations; practical implementation by financial institutions; and what steps corporate leadership may take to deal with this challenge.
Special appreciation is given to Patton Boggs LLP for making their thought leadership materials available at http://www.pattonboggs.com/dodd-frank-reform/ and to PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP at www.pwcregulatory.com.
