Monita Barghachieh works in the area of corporate law, advising clients on all aspects of their corporations. Notably, she has significant experience dealing with companies’ formations, as well as registration, restructuring and mergers, and related governmental areas. Ms. Barghachieh’s practice also involves offering Qatari Law advice, specifically on Labour Law consultancies and intellectual property (IP).
Before joining Patton Boggs, Ms. Barghachieh worked for a prominent law firm in Qatar known for its work in the corporate law and trademarks fields. In addition, she has two years’ experience in the civil, commercial, and criminal law sectors in Lebanon.
