Mark Errico concentrates his practice on insurance coverage matters, advising insurers in connection with a variety of complex coverage claims and litigation across the country, including coverage disputes relating to commercial and excess general liability, intellectual property and business torts, construction defect, products liability, commercial auto and directors and officers liability. His practice also involves representing clients in the areas of commercial and professional liability litigation.
Following law school, Mr. Errico worked as a law clerk for the Hon. Martin L. Greenberg, Presiding Judge, Superior Court of New Jersey, Hudson County, Chancery Division, General Equity Part. While attending law school, Mr. Errico worked as an intern for the Hon. Leonard I. Garth, Senior Judge, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the Hon. Alfred J. Lechner, Jr., U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. He was also a member of the New York Law School Law Review and the Moot Court Association.
Before arriving at Patton Boggs, Mr. Errico was counsel at one of Am Law’s largest 100 U.S. law firms.
