Marci Fulton is a member of the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resoultion, Environmental Law, and Health and Safety practice groups. She focuses on commercial litigation and administrative litigation related to mine safety and occupational safety issues. Ms. Fulton advocates on behalf of clients on a wide range of matters in state and federal court. Her practice extends to all phases of litigation, including pre-trial discovery, electronic discovery, motions practice, trials, and post-trial appeals. Ms. Fulton has second-chaired a state court trial and has co-authored successful state court appellate briefs.
Ms. Fulton also participates in various pro bono activities, including volunteering at legal night in conjunction with the Colorado Lawyers Committee and the Denver Bar Association. She recently participated in a pro bono appeal in the state of Louisiana in which the trial court’s ruling awarding damages to the family of a deceased miner was upheld.
While serving as a law clerk at Patton Boggs before graduating from law school, Ms. Fulton handled matters involving compliance with state and federal securities laws. She also assisted in advising clients on relevant legal duties and responsibilities.
