Meadow Gerard counsels clients on corporate finance and general corporate matters. Before practicing law, Ms. Gerard was an Assistant Vice President at a Fortune 500 risk and insurance consultancy, where she served emerging and middle market technology clients.
During law school, Ms. Gerard was a member Emory/Georgia Tech’s TI:GER® program through which she developed commercialization strategies for a nano-biotechnology product and earned top awards in several international business plan competitions. She also served as President of the National Security & Law Society and Managing Editor of the Emory Law Journal.
