Martin Goggins Campos focuses his practice in the areas of securities, mergers and acquisitions and corporate and general business transactions. Mr. Goggins Campos’ background and international experience in transactional matters allows him to uniquely assist clients with both their domestic and international issues.
Mr. Goggins Campos previously worked as a Legal Consultant for one of the pre-eminent law firms in the State of Qatar. There, he advised local business leaders and international investors on Qatar Law matters, providing advice regarding facility construction and sharing agreements, project finance, ship finance, corporate mergers, and re-organizations, as well as advising clients on the terms, conditions, and protocol for foreign companies wishing to carry out business in Qatar. Clients advised included major international oil and gas companies, real estate development corporations, and corporate lenders.
