Maxine Martin assists clients in diverse sectors with litigation, regulatory and business matters with an emphasis on energy and technology. She supports clients with an array of traditional and renewable energy matters. Ms. Martin effectively handles issues involving federal regulatory approval, as well as technology and telecommunications law.
Prior to joining Patton Boggs, Ms. Martin successfully facilitated regulatory compliance and approval for a major high tech medical research facility, worked for the Governor’s Office of Legal Counsel in Denver assisting with constitutional and legislative matters, conducted cost-benefit research for a federal government research laboratory, and worked as an educator in international business and economics.
Ms. Martin was a member of the University of Colorado’s Journal on High Technology and Telecommunications Law, a student attorney in the Natural Resources Litigation Clinic and an active volunteer for the Colorado Women’s Bar Association Judicial Committee.
