Michelle Suárez advises senior and junior capital providers of various types on matters involving finance, with a focus on corporate and commercial financial transactions. These include asset-based credit facilities, senior cash flow products, second-tier financings, leveraged acquisitions, recapitalizations, equipment financings, and subordinated debt and mezzanine investments, as well as venture capital and other equity financings. Ms. Suárez also counsels senior lenders, subordinated lenders and equity investors in the workout and restructuring of troubled investments.
In large syndicated credit facilities, Ms. Suárez represents agent banks, as well as co-lenders and participants. She also represents buyers and sellers in secondary debt trading transactions, particularly in distressed credits.
Ms. Suárez also counsels clients on general corporate matters, including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
