Norma Davis assists counsel and clients involved in complex litigation matters on national and local counsel levels.
Ms. Davis combines 17 years of civil litigation experience with an extensive knowledge of litigation support applications to coordinate and manage all facets of a case. She manages technology support, docketing, deposition preparation, discovery issues, document productions, trial preparation and courtroom presentations, and has also assisted counsel at trials throughout the nation. Ms. Davis’ legal experience focuses extensively on environmental, health and safety-related cases, including cases involving MSHA, OSHA and other federal agencies.
Ms. Davis’ proficiency with all aspects of litigation support and understanding of related industry technologies—including database programs, Internet research, electronic court filings, electronic discovery and utilization of web repository platforms—enable her to continuously improve the efficiency of litigation support.
Ms. Davis is also active on various pro bono cases regarding a variety of subject matters, including human rights related issues.
