Nicci Harrell counsels clients on complex civil and white-collar litigation matters. Her practice areas include government investigations and related criminal and civil litigation matters, including health care fraud and other actions brought by state and federal agencies. To aid in her practice, Ms. Harrell regularly researches developments related to the federal guidelines utilized to prosecute corporations.
While in law school, Ms. Harrell worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Thomas G. Saylor of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, the highest court in Pennsylvania, where she reviewed petitions for allowance of appeal. She also served as an articles editor for Penn State’s International Law Review. Ms. Harrell also received an award for best advocate at a mock trial competition. Prior to law school, she served as a law clerk at a prestigious law firm specializing in complex litigation matters and served on the advisory board for the Young Americans Education Foundation.
