Nam Huynh has the technical expertise and experience to handle all IP matters involving complex technologies in the electronics, telecommunications and software fields.

Mr. Huynh’s practice includes: 
  • Counseling clients as to patentability and infringement issues;
  • Preparing and prosecuting patent applications in a variety of technological fields, including software applications, operating systems, hardware components, network devices, wireless communications and electronic and mechanical devices;
  • Analyzing and preparing non-infringement and invalidity opinions;
  • Performing IP due diligence to assist in asset purchases involving intellectual property;
  • Obtaining trademark and trade dress registration for clients;
  • Drafting and reviewing intellectual property licensing agreements; and
  • Assisting in patent litigation matters involving complex technologies.
