Neepa Majmudar advises clients in the area of business transactions, focusing primarily on corporate finance transactions. Specifically, she assists financial institutions and business entities in connection with domestic and international finance transactions, including acquisition financing, asset-based lending, mezzanine credit facilities, equity financing, and securitizations. During law school, Ms. Majmudar served as the Candidates Editor for the Houston Journal of International Law.
