Nancy Schierhorn advises clients on a broad range of issues, including business formations, real estate, bankruptcy and commercial transactions. She also helps businesses and individuals navigate complex civil litigation on a broad range of issues. Ms. Schierhorn has tried several cases in Alaska State and Federal courts. She currently oversees a wide variety of issues pertaining to the Alaska Pipeline Project, a project being jointly advanced by Transcanada and ExxonMobil Corporation, to develop and construct a natural gas pipeline to deliver natural gas from the North Slope of Alaska to North American markets.
Prior to joining Patton Boggs, Ms. Schierhorn worked as an associate for one of the Pacific Northwest’s largest law firms.
