An Interactive Seminar That Will Prepare You For OSHA’s New Effort To Increase Penalties for Safety and Environmental Violations
OSHA has recently formed an informal alliance with the Department of Justice as well as the EPA to enforce broader penalties and criminal prosecution against OSHA violations. Employers will no longer be able to take these violations and investigations lightly. Join Patton Boggs to discuss these recent developments.
