Called “…one of the best political handicappers in the nation” by The New York Times, Mr. Cook is widely regarded as one of the nation’s leading authorities on U.S. elections and political trends.

Other program highlights include remarks by:

  • Ben Ginsberg, Patton Boggs Partner, who specializes in political law and served as General Counsel to the Republican National Committee and national counsel to both Bush-Cheney presidential campaigns.
  • Bob Luskin, Patton Boggs Partner, who specializes in white-collar crime and federal and state government investigations and has represented senior White House officials of both parties in criminal and congressional investigations, and the senior staff member of a U.S. Senator in the Keating Five Senate Ethics Committee investigation.
  • Kevin Martin, Patton Boggs Partner, served for eight years at the Federal Communications Commission as a Commissioner, regulator, policymaker and administrator, including four years as the Chairman of the agency.   
  • Bob Dove, Patton Boggs Legislative Specialist, and the former Parliamentarian for the United States Senate, where he served for 36 years.
