Brad E. Hogan counsels clients in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, securities and corporate governance. Mr. Hogan’s diverse and varied practice experience includes securities offerings, mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, venture capital financings and other complex business transactions.
Mr. Hogan has represented both publicly and privately owned businesses in a wide range of corporate transactions. He has represented issuers in public offerings and private placements of debt and equity. Mr. Hogan has also represented both purchasers and sellers in a variety of business combination transactions, including asset purchases, stock purchases and mergers of private and public entities. Additionally, he has counseled clients in complex matters involving corporate governance, private equity transactions and securities law compliance. Mr. Hogan has also been involved in numerous pro bono matters, including a partnership with the Public International Law and Policy Group.
Before attending law school, Mr. Hogan served as a lieutenant in the United States Navy.
