Rory E. Adams represents clients on a range of issues, focusing primarily on civil litigation and administrative law. Aside from general civil litigation matters, he helps clients navigate federal procurement matters. Additionally, Mr. Adams represents clients on a variety of matters before the Federal Communications Commission.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Adams worked in the Cellular Biology and Metabolism Branch of the National Institutes of Health as a Howard Hughes Summer Fellow. He also worked with the Hamburg, Germany public school system under the auspices of the Fulbright program prior to entering law school. Mr. Adams is fluent in German.
