Rory E. Adams represents international and domestic clients on a range of legislative, administrative and policy matters. Mr. Adams helps clients navigate federal procurement matters ranging from bid protests to acquisition regulation compliance. He works with clients to ensure compliance with state and federal financial regulations and licensing requirements. Additionally, Mr. Adams has represented clients in general civil litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Adams worked in the Cellular Biology and Metabolism Branch of the National Institutes of Health as a Howard Hughes Summer Fellow. He also worked with the Hamburg, Germany public school system under the auspices of the Fulbright program prior to entering law school.
