Rani Guerra assists clients in negotiating, documenting and closing corporate and commercial finance transactions. She represents financial institutions, business credit companies, private investment funds and other institutional investors in connection with corporate and commercial finance and mezzanine investment transactions.
Ms. Guerra regularly counsels clients on business transactions involving financing and equity investment issues, including senior and subordinated debt transactions, mezzanine finance transactions with equity kickers, asset-based loans, acquisition and recapitalization financings, letter-of-credit facilities, structured finance transactions and other forms of debt and equity financing and restructuring and workouts related to the foregoing.
Ms. Guerra is also a member of the Dallas office’s Recruiting Committee.
