Robert Hawkins experience includes cases involving class action securities fraud, government investigations, oil and gas litigation, intellectual property, employment discrimination, and civil rights defense. Mr. Hawkins has significant trial experience in state and federal court and has handled numerous appeals at both the federal and state levels.
Representative Matters:
- Community Credit Union v. National Credit Union Administration, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Texas (2005). Mr. Hawkins assisted in obtaining a ruling that allows Community Credit Union, with $1.4 billion in assets, to convert to a mutual savings bank, the largest such credit union ever to do so.
