Ryan Magee advises clients in the area of business transactions with particular focus on corporate finance. Specifically, his practice involves helping clients with acquisition financing, asset-based lending and securitizations. Mr. Magee also counsels lenders, developers, buyers and sellers in the acquisition, development, leasing, disposition and financing of improved and unimproved real estate, including office, retail, multi-family, industrial and mixed-use projects.
Before law school, Mr. Magee spent four years in Germany and the Balkans as a Tank Platoon Leader, a Scout Platoon Leader, and a Scout Troop Executive officer within the 1st Brigade of the 1st Armor Division.
