Robert Rendell counsels clients on international business transactions, financings and corporate matters, representing U.S. companies in their business activities abroad, as well as foreign companies seeking to invest in the United States. Mr. Rendell’s finance experience includes project finance, syndicated lending, oil and gas lending, trade finance and letters of credit. He has recently been involved in the project financing of various energy projects, such as gas storage facilities, refineries and other midstream properties. Mr. Rendell previously served as deputy general counsel of the Export-Import Bank of the United States and in the Office of International Tax Counsel, U.S. Treasury Department.
