The provisions will require companies that file SEC reports and operate mines to report mine safety data in SEC filings, including the number of: S&S violations; 104(b) orders; unwarrantable failure actions; flagrant violations; imminent danger orders; dollars in proposed assessments; and mining-related fatalities.
