Ms. Christel has more than 18 years of experience in complex civil litigation matters, including product liability, mass toxic tort, consumer fraud actions, employment matters, commercial litigation, white-collar criminal defense, and internal investigations. She has extensive experience in overall case management, cite checking, and filing pleadings in state, federal, and appellate courts, and is knowledgeable in several litigation support databases.
Ms. Christel has managed and organized major document productions throughout the country in response to government subpoenas in health care qui tam fraud cases. She has assisted in numerous trials in state and federal courts, and has participated in several arbitrations. Ms. Christel worked along with a team of attorneys who served as Special Counsel to the New Jersey Senate Judiciary Committee regarding its 2000-2001 review of racial profiling and the New Jersey State Police, and also aided in the investigation of the Division of Youth and Family Services (DYFS) in connection with the discovery of four severely malnourished boys in Collingswood, New Jersey.
