Shannon Conway counsels clients facing or contemplating complex business and commercial litigation and/or government investigations.
Focusing her practice on insurance coverage and mortgage banking litigation, Ms. Conway has also successfully defended against and prosecuted claims involving low-income housing tax credit development, securitized loan pools, residential and commercial real estate, securities fraud and other business torts.
In addition, Ms. Conway has substantial appellate experience, successfully briefing before several state and federal courts of appeals.
Before becoming an associate with Patton Boggs, Ms. Conway served as a law clerk for the firm, working on telecommunications issues involving broadcasters, wireless carriers and landline telephone companies on matters before the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and various state regulatory commissions.
