In conjunction with the firm’s business attorneys, the Bankruptcy & Restructuring Practice Group counsels clients in properly structuring transactions in order to avoid or mitigate bankruptcy issues. Our attorneys also represent creditors in high-profile international insolvency proceedings.
The scope of the practice area covered by Patton Boggs’ Bankruptcy & Restructuring Practice Group is extremely broad and extends from representing parties in pre-bankruptcy workouts to representing Chapter 11 debtors, debtor-in-possession lenders, official committees of unsecured creditors, bondholder committees, and secured and unsecured creditors in national and international proceedings.
