Suzy Iseid helps attorneys in their legal and tax advisory services to foreign institutional investors with regards to their participation in investment funds, and those that primarily make real estate and corporate securities investments in the United States, Europe, and Asia.
Ms. Iseid focuses on business formations, corporate governance matters, compliance with the The Patriot Act and Cayman laws. She also assists foreign investors with their compliance with Department of Commerce filings and U.S. tax filings.
Before joining Patton Boggs, Ms. Iseid assisted U.S and foreign institutional investors in drafting proxy voting guidelines and evaluating U.S. and foreign companies’ executive compensation plans. She also assisted U.S. and foreign companies in the implementation of good corporate social responsibility practices
