Susan Conway assists clients in a variety of litigation matters, focusing specifically on those involving toxic tort actions and commercial disputes.
Before joining Patton Boggs, Ms. Conway served as a judicial clerk for the Chief U.S. District Judge Garrett E. Brown, Jr. of the District of New Jersey, assisting on more than 60 opinions on dispositive issues involving a wide range of legal disciplines, including (but not limited to) matters in the antitrust, patent, commercial, and tort areas. She also developed numerous opinions and orders involving non-dispositive issues in these same areas during her previous judicial clerkship for the Honorable Tonianne J. Bongiovanni, U.S. Magistrate Judge for the District of New Jersey.
Ms. Conway has over six years’ experience in federal criminal litigation, having participated in pre-trial, trial, and appellate matters.
