Sean Neafsey is an associate in the firm’s litigation department. He concentrates his practice in the defense of complex commercial and toxic tort matters.
Before joining Patton Boggs, Mr. Neafsey served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Virginia A. Long, Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of New Jersey. During his clerkship, Mr. Neafsey reviewed petitions for certification, prepared bench memoranda, and assisted in the preparation of written opinions in a variety of civil and criminal matters.
