Samantha Petrich counsels clients in a variety of litigation practice areas, including general commercial litigation, complex civil litigation, internal corporate investigations, securities enforcement matters, and white-collar criminal defense.

Ms. Petrich's securities enforcement and government investigations practice consists of representing individuals and corporate clients in internal, grand jury, and other investigations and litigation brought by state and federal agencies and shareholders.

Ms. Petrich continues to work with the Washington Legal Clinic for the Homeless serving as a volunteer attorney and representing indigent clients on a variety of matters. She began this relationship as a law clerk while attending law school. Ms. Petrich also taught a basic law curriculum at a local homeless shelter in Washington, D.C. under the direction of the D.C. Street Law Clinic. In addition, during law school, Ms. Petrich was an articles editor for the Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics.
