Drawing on more than 10 years of experience, Tara Clemens assists in all aspects of litigation and dispute resolution and business existence. She has extensive experience supporting attorneys in state and federal matters, including regularly performing research, drafting memoranda and pleadings, coordinating docketing, electronic filing and other aspects of trial and alternative dispute resolution work.
Ms. Clemens also assists with various aspects of entity formation and existence, including the formation of corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies and other entities; ongoing corporate book management; transaction work; SBA applications; and other corporate filings, maintenance and transactional matters.
In addition to maintaining a significant caseload, Ms. Clemens actively participates in Patton Boggs’ pro bono cases covering a variety of legal matters.
