Taryn Frideres focuses her practice on international business and public policy matters.
Ms. Frideres brings to Patton Boggs a background in international business and policy issues. While in law school, Ms. Frideres worked as a research assistant in the areas of humanitarian law and international finance and development. She also spent a summer interning with the Egyptian Center for Women’s Rights in Cairo, where she focused on women’s rights issues in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. Ms. Frideres also gained experience in refugee and family law while working in immigration and domestic violence clinics during law school.
Also during law school, Ms. Frideres served as a writer and contributing editor of the Iowa Law Review and as a student judge on the Moot Court Board. She was also elected to the boards of the International Law Society and the Middle East Law Students Association.
