Tara Saybe assists the firm’s attorneys with the organization and management of complex litigation matters.
Ms. Saybe has 13 years of experience in complex civil litigation. She is responsible for the daily supervision and utilization of a large team of paralegals in addition to her own caseload. Ms. Saybe’s position also requires daily contact with clients, counsel, and court administrators. She has extensive experience in overall case management, complex document inspections and productions, design and management of litigation support databases, trial preparation and participation, and drafting and filing pleadings in state, federal and appellate courts. Her trial experience also includes establishing and administrating satellite trial offices.
