Vicky Beasley advises clients on financial service matters involving corporate acquisitions and divestitures, including mergers, stock and asset transfers, corporate reorganizations, venture capital transactions and joint ventures. She helps clients structure complex corporate transactional and real estate matters and negotiates and documents financings for a wide range of clients in the public and private sector. Additionally, she counsels clients participating in or sponsoring investment funds in the United States and abroad.

Ms. Beasley’s clients include telecommunications entities, quasi-governmental entities, investment funds and private investment firms in various industries. Ms. Beasley also has significant experience advising clients on election law related issues. She served as director of Legal Outreach & Planning for a major partner in the non-partisan Election Protection program during the 2004 Presidential Election cycle – an initiative that provided pro bono assistance to groups and individuals with the goal to ensure that eligible and qualified voters were able to vote during the 2004 election cycle. For her Election Protection efforts, she received the National Bar Association’s Presidential Achievement Award in 2005. Ms. Beasley has remained an active member of the voter protection community during the 2006 and 2008 election cycles while at Patton Boggs.

Before joining the firm, Ms. Beasley served as an associate at a major international law firm.
