Veronica Bryant (Amador) has significant experience in the energy sector and with finance matters, having previously worked as in-house counsel for Petroleos Mexicanos (PEMEX) and at major U.S.-based international law firms. Ms. Bryant has been involved in some of the largest bids for exploration and production of oil and gas contracts in Mexico, and a number of innovative finance and other corporate transactions.
Through her experience at PEMEX, she developed an important understanding of the legal, financial, commercial, and logistical aspects of world-scale energy projects. Ms. Bryant has worked on various exploration, development, and production energy contracts, as well as joint ventures and other key project documents.
Ms. Bryant also has participated in multi-million dollar capital market transactions, including initial public offerings, high-yield debt offerings, and structured finance transactions.
Her business experience includes both domestic transactions and matters throughout Latin America, representing clients on all aspects of commercial relationships and business transactions, including acquisitions, reorganizations, joint ventures, and other strategic matters.
