Vincent Frillici uses his understanding of the business issues confronting the financial services sector, along with his extensive background in politics, to provide clients with in-depth analysis of the quickly-changing regulatory and political environment in Washington, DC. Mr. Frillici also assists clients in need of capital with strategic counsel in locating investors for medium-size equity investments.

Mr. Frillici offers clients a unique perspective drawn from his wealth of experience in politics, which includes serving as a member of President Clinton’s 1996 re-election campaign staff, working as the first Finance Director at the New Democrat Network, and serving for seven years on the Political staff for Senator Christopher J. Dodd, including for his leadership PAC and his 2004 Senate re-election campaign. Most recently, Mr. Frillici served as National Finance Director for Senator Dodd’s 2008 presidential campaign, where he oversaw a staff of 20 that collectively raised over $17 million in campaign funds. In that role he was the primary liaison between the candidate and a lay finance leadership comprised of current and former Fortune 500 CEOs, industry leaders, elected officials at the federal and state level, and civic leaders.

Mr. Frillici also offers clients counsel on structuring and maximizing corporate partnerships and sponsorships. In his private sector work as Director of Business Development for KOLA.net, he created numerous corporate partnerships with Fortune 100 corporations. In addition, Mr. Frillici served as Director of Operations for the North Atlantic Treaty Organization’s (NATO) 50th Anniversary Host Committee, which provided corporate financial support to the U.S. Department of State for non-core summit functions.
